Interested in Foreclosure Investing?
When I first became interested in foreclosure investing, I thought that most guys who dealt in this sort of investing were spoiled fatcats who preyed upon poor homeowner, who had financial troubles and just wanted helped. Sometimes, people simply have problems with money and when they do usually the home loan is the first to not be paid. And then what happens? The bad guys jump in, buy the home and property for pennies on the dollar, and then turn around and sell it for a huge profit.

Those types of scum, sadly, exist. They make a profit where ever they can and from whomever. They don't care about anyone or anything, just themselves. This almost always turns very poorly for the home owner. There are people though, who do foreclosure investing ethically and in a way that helps families. Thankfully these people know the difference between right and wrong; they help homeowners who have trouble making their monthly mortgage payments. Usually it's not the homeowners faults. Most of the time it's not something they could have controled. People get laid off, families fall apart and people die; all these are unforseeable and all lead to the same dark road. Just like rubbing salt in a wound, these poor families are hounded by debt collectors, collection agencies and others all while being threated with eviction.

Just like any foreclosure investor, ones who deal with foreclosure investing also strive for profit. The best investors though, go for solution where everyone comes out a winner and not just themselves. Many people and organizations actually devote day and night to helping troubled homeowners just because it feels good.

What sort of foreclosure investor do you want to be? Which side will you pick: light or dark? It's better to be a fair minded foreclosure investor who intends on working with, instead of against, the home owners to bring their troubles to a close with a fair offer and still make a profit on it?

Comming from personal experience, not much beats having a great guy come to you and offer to solve this horrible situation for you and in a way that also works well for me. There is no such thing are a stress free foreclosure. It's so great to have someone come to you after all the trouble and heart ache, and then solve all these problems for you without issue

Foreclosure investoring can be troublesome at times since not everyone wants your help. Some people will push you away even though you geniunly want to help them (and profit). It's understandable. Sometimes you won't be able to make it in time because some less ethical investors got there first. Don't worry. Personally, I like to wake up in the morning look in the mirror and like what I see. Treat distressed homeowners fairly and with compassion and you will find more opportunities opening up to you than you know what to do with.
